Enjoyable alone or with many aperitifs, ham, pasta dishes and seafood.
It ferments in stainless steel vats under temperature control and selected yeasts. After that, it refines for 30 days on the lees. The vinification is carried out by avoiding contact with oxygen to preserve typical aromas of the grape.
BOTTLING AND AGEING
Sterile under nitrogen pressure. If stored in optimal conditions, best drunk within two years.
