Bright, straw and light yellow
Delicate aromas of white fruits such as pear, and white flowers
Very pleasant, with well-balanced acidity that gives freshness, and a long finish
A great match with raw sushi, baked or steamed fish and ham/cold cuts
It ferments in stainless steel vats under temperature control and selected yeasts.
BOTTLING AND AGEING
Sterile under nitrogen pressure. Best before two years from harvest.
