A great partner to cold cuts, pizza with tomato or meat sauces as well as grilled red meats, goats and cheese
Ageing on fine lees for about 2 months, followed by 3 months of aging in steel.
BOTTLING AND AGEING
Sterile under nitrogen pressure. A wine with good structure and body with fruity character. Best appreciated within 3 years.
